We did this for a client who eventually decided not to use it so I've offered it up as an example of a custom concept design. The designs starts with an an actual portrait like image of a dog/wolf and later becomes more of a tribal line drawing.
The picture is too small and blurry. Maybe you could use a different digital camera and have someone take a better photo of you so that the picture is clear and at a higher resolution? I'd love to see ...
